Easy to get to with the free shuttle from the airport once you can work out where to find them, move outside the terminal and across the street. past all the taxis to the bus stop area and keep a watch out for the Hotel name displayed in the front window. Check-in was easy even though I was a little early. Room condition was good, clean and comfortable. The beds are medium soft and very much to my liking, The food for the evening buffet was really good and tasty with a wide variety of options and well presented. Breakfast was just as good with lots of choice including scrambled eggs, bacon, baked goodies, fresh fruit, juice, coffee etc. Easy to overindulge as the options are many and varied. The trip back to the airport was just as convenient and dropped me off directly outside terminal 3 after making a stop at terminal 2. Well recommended and I will use them again if I have to stop or stay in Sao Paulo.

Delicious breakfast. We ordered room service; the portions were huge, so it's best to check the portion sizes in advance. Plus, a compliment from the chef. We had a wonderful rest after a long flight. Pets are allowed.

Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and evening buffet. Free shuttle bus to/from the airport which I used twice. It was reasonably quiet, some road noise and unfortunately noisy other guests talking loudly for a long time after arriving late at night, one night, made worse by having an adjoining door to the next room which lets the noise through. Although next to the airport, they was no problem with aircraft noise. You heard nothing as the aircraft took off away from the hotel and they only took off towards the hotel for a short time one afternoon.

Hotel was very good, staff were friendly, restaurant and bar service excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was the hotel transfer service from Guarulhos Airport. The hotel gave clear instructions as to where to find the shuttle bus in the bus station in Terminal 2 " bus stop 12,14,16,18 or 20". We followed them to the letter and we waited for the 10.05 pm shuttle only to see it drive away from another part of the bus station. The next was scheduled for 10.55pm. So after almost 1 hour of stressful waiting, we saw it approaching and followed it to bus stop 1. The following morning, we took the shuttle back to the airport and again it parked at bus stop 1 in Terminal 2, the opposite end of the bus station from that advertised in the hotel's instruction!

Staff were really lovely, clearly spoke a range of languages. I had a small problem with my room on arrival (leaky fridge with a towel in it) and they resolved it pretty much immediately, and were very apologetic. Free transfer from the hotel to the airport was SO helpful and eased a lot of stress for me. Good internet, free to use printer in the reception area, breakfast included and very affordable buffet options for lunch and dinner.

Location, free transfer to/from the airport, great breakfast, great rooms, nice staff, the fact that they kept my room ready though I’ve arrived super late - due to flight disruption!

The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. I enjoyed having a coffee machine in the room and the 2 complimentary coffees and bottle of water. Also the snacks available to purchase 24 hours a day is a great option for those who need a late night snack. The airport shuttle is another fantastic idea and having English speaking staff is great and very helpful.

The SPA was a big differentiator in my stay. I scheduled a last minute appointment with Claudia and she went above and beyond in taking the best care of me with a massage, acupuncture, and electrotherapy treatment that made me feel so refreshed after an intense work trip. She is AMAZING and I already scheduled my next stay at the Hampton Guarulhos based on my experience with her alone. The prices were extremely reasonable and she was super flexible with scheduling and had a consultative, knowledgeable approach.. there was a zen atmosphere int he spa room that was extremely calming. The food from the restaurant was also very tasty, with some great vegan options, and a very attentive staff. The free shuttle to the airport was also extremely convenient.

I don't know if the hotel is new, but it seems to be. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is attentive, and one of the guys at the bar is very friendly and attentive. The room is clean, and the bathroom is nice with a good shower. The breakfast is great, with a lot of variety. The hotel has a restaurant. We had dinner the first night, which was also great, with a lot of variety (buffet style). They have a shuttle from and to the airport as well. If I need to spend the night in Guarulhos before or after my trip, I will stay at this hotel again.
